Most of the diamond Cartier watches available for sale online did not leave the factory with diamonds, but have had them later added by a dealer. This is a true original diamond Cartier whose diamonds are original and factory set by Cartier.
While we have a few similar watches, we have never seen one exactly like this. Its dial is set deeply into the face, and because of its smaller size, the diamonds fill the whole bezel. Our web search didn't turn up a single other identical example. It definitely is a true statement piece.
The entire bezel and tops of the bars of the Vendome lugs have been bejeweled by Cartier with approximately 42 extremely high quality diamonds with the perfect whiteness and brilliant sparkle you would expect from Cartier diamonds including one large diamond in the crown.
It features its original 18K gold boule Cartier bracelet that fits a wrist up to approx. just under 7 inches.
We were fortunate to acquire our example in such wonderful condition, appearing to have been worn very carefully before being safely stored away in its box. It is 100% original and just recently came out of an estate.
Its diamond bejeweled case and bracelet both presents in mint condition. Its classic Cartier dial, Cartier quartz movement, and sapphire crystal are all like new.
