Navy SEAL Colormark 3050 series, the evolution of the original, marks a significant milestone in Luminox's partnership with the Navy SEALS by pushing the boundaries of design and functionality. This special edition Navy SEAL Colormark 3050 series in collaboration with Scott Cassell's Undersea Voyager Project features a 44 mm reinforced carbon compound case in a more pronounced "turtle shape" with a matte orange dial matched with gloss black syringe-style hands and Arabic numerals in both 12- and 24-hour formats. Tritium-based luminescent tubes called LLT's illuminate the watch thru its hands, around the chapter ring and inside the bezel pip. This is complemented by a hardened mineral crystal, a uni-directional rotating carbon compound dive bezel and a bordered date window at the 3 o'clock position adjacent to the protected crown. Touches of black and white contrast is evident via the dial texts and markers, Luminox shield, date/border/background, UVP logo, hands and bezel. A black rubber strap secured by a stainless steel signed buckle completes the tough and robust look. It also comes with two interchangeable straps, one webbing textile and one Velcro faststrap for a variety of looks. This watch has a screw on caseback with a detailed engraving of Scott Cassell’s “Great White” submarine wherein underneath lies a Ronda caliber 515, a Swiss quartz movement and is water-resistant up to 200 meters/660 feet. This special edition packaged set also comes with a strap changing tool and compass in a presentation box.
